Real Estate Refinance Signing

This is by far, the most common type of signing that we do.

It is a full signing package, about 100 - 250 pages, and can take about an hour to complete.

Real Estate Sale Signing

This is a shorter version of the refinance signing.

It's about 15 - 50 pages and can take about 30 - 45 minutes to complete.

Real Estate Purchase Signing

This is virtually the same as the refinance signing but with some tweaks.

It's a full signing package, about 100 - 250 pages, and can take about an hour to complete.

Real Estate Reverse Mortgage Signing

This is a different animal all together.

This signing package can be 150 - 300 pages and due to the unique nature of the signing, it can take from 1 - 2 hours to complete.

Reverse Mortgage / Traditional Mortgage Application Signing

This type of signing is just an in person walk through of filling out the application for the signers. It does NOT include any notarizations at all.

This type of signing can be anywhere from 50 - 150 pages and can take 45 minutes on average to complete.

General Notary Signing

This is such a broad array of document types including stand alone Power of Attorney documents, medical records documents, Auto loan documents, Trusts, Bill of Sale, ETC.

Because this type of signing is so broad it can take about 15 minutes to an hour depending on the documents.
